Returns + Refunds
CHANGE OF MIND
Over here at The Linen Haven, we know and understand how important is is to be happy with your purchase and that's why we are happy to let you know we have a change of mind policy.
Should you not be satisfied with your product/s you must notify us within 7 days of receiving and return the product in its original condition, unused and unwashed. Please note that return postage and any other associated costs must be covered by the customer and a tracking number provided to us. The Linen Haven will not be liable for any returned items that are misplaced prior to us receiving them.
Any exchanged product will be sent free of charge. No returns will be accepted without providing a returns authorisation number (provided to you when you email us). Please complete the returns form contained within your original delivery or email us for a new one.
Any items that are returned in an unsaleable or used condition will not be refunded for a change of mind and will be returned to the customer.
Unfortunately, we unable to accept returns on items that were purchased on sale.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Before any order is shipped we quality check every item because we want to ensure that all items you receive will be in the best condition.
You will have 7 days to contact The Linen Haven should you deem your product faulty. This is in line with your rights as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law.
Please email thelinenhaven@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the fault. We will be more than happy to assist you!
If a product is deemed faulty upon return, all postage for faulty and damaged items will be covered by The Linen Haven.
Please be aware that as French flax linen is a natural, man made product, there may be slight variations in colour and texture. This is not considered faulty and will not be covered by The Linen Haven's return policy.
